Withdrawing burns your vTokens and sends the underlying, interest included, back to your wallet.
1

Open the pool

Go to Earn → Positions (or the pool) where you hold vTokens.
2

Switch to Withdraw Liquidity

In the form on the right, choose Withdraw Liquidity.
3

Enter vTokens to redeem

The amount is in vTokens (for example vXLM), not the underlying. Use 10% / 25% / 50% / 100%; 100% uses your exact vToken balance.
4

Sign and check

Approve in your wallet, then check the underlying received and any vTokens left.

When a withdrawal is limited

Part of every pool is lent to margin accounts. You can only redeem against Available Liquidity (shown on Details). If none is available, the transaction fails; try again after borrowers repay or utilization falls.
One redemption pays at most the smallest of: what you asked for, 50% of the pool’s total assets, and the cash available. Only the vTokens for the paid part are burned. The rest stay in your wallet and keep earning; withdraw them in another transaction.
A paused pool stops deposits, withdrawals and new borrows until it is unpaused.
Total Supplied includes money currently lent out. It is not the cash you can withdraw right now; Available Liquidity is.
