ProtocolConfig ["protocol"]

allowed_tokens is the protocol-wide list of asset indexes that count as collateral. Every margin’s health scan walks this list.

max_collateral_per_margin caps how much of a token counts toward health. u64::MAX means uncapped, and 0 means it counts for nothing (a liquidator can still seize it).
Reserve ["reserve", mint]
asset_config, underlying_mint, liquidity_vault, share_mint, supply_cap, borrow_cap, accounted_liquidity_assets, total_borrow_assets, total_borrow_shares, borrow_index_wad, accrued_protocol_fees, last_update_timestamp, rate_curve, reserve_factor_bps, status, total_supply_shares, interest_remainder_wad, fee_remainder.
The liquidity vault is the ATA of the reserve PDA. The share mint is ["share_mint", mint] under classic SPL Token, even when the underlying is Token-2022.
MarginAccount ["margin", authority]
authority, status, venue_count, debt_count, venue_asset_indexes[24], debt_asset_indexes[24], event_sequence.
There is no collateral ledger. A margin’s collateral is the live balance of its vaults (ATA(mint, margin)) for every allowed token. The account itself tracks only its venues and debts.

margin_account, reserve, borrow_shares. Token debt is derived from shares.
