# Withdraw

> Redeem vTokens for the underlying asset plus the interest it earned.

**1. Open the pool**

On [Earn](https://docs.vanna.finance/solana/guides/earn/overview.md), open the pool you supplied to.

**2. Choose Withdraw Liquidity**

Switch the right-hand panel to **Withdraw Liquidity**.

**3. Enter an amount**

Enter how much of the underlying asset to withdraw, or use the % chips. **100%** redeems all your vTokens.

**4. Confirm**

Check the preview, click **Withdraw Liquidity** (**Withdraw All** at 100%) and approve in your wallet. The vTokens are burned and the underlying (with its accrued interest) arrives in your wallet.

## If the pool is busy

You can only withdraw cash the pool is holding right now, shown as **Available Liquidity** (supplied minus borrowed). In a pool with very high utilization, a large withdrawal may have to wait until borrowers repay or are liquidated. High utilization also pushes rates up, which encourages repayment and new supply.

## Interest

Interest accrues continuously. The amount you receive is your vTokens × the current exchange rate, so it already includes everything earned since you supplied.

> [!TIP]
>
> You can also withdraw from [Portfolio → Lender](https://docs.vanna.finance/solana/guides/portfolio.md): each supplied pool has **Withdraw** and **Supply more** buttons.
